He's awesome.
Wired body, you said? Very cool. What's the rest made of?
Just fabric and stuffing?
(No seriously. I really want to know. I'm fascinated.)

Yes, he is made of fabric and stuffing.. um his teeth are from sculpey and the dragon was painted on with acrylic paint to resemble scales in areas that no scales were made by fabric. I used the silky type material for a good shine and luminescence quality.

Thank you for the complement!
Hugs,

:jawdrop: the spines are great, and that scaling along his stomach is perfect. i don't think i can even imagine the patience involved.

i confess, i'm not big on pink, i think i'd have gone with purple or blue myself...i suppose you do need that major contrast to do all your detail work justice.

Yes the contrast works well. I am not a hot pink fan myself but my niece wanted it done. I am planning other dragons with complimentary colors. I like purple and blue too. I am making right now a forest green dragon with cream contrast. I'll put in the pick when I am done.

Hi Berryland,
It took me a month to think him up in my mind then make sure the pattern I drew out all fit together just right, then I baught the miterials for him and then sewed him up by hand and on the sewing machine.
I really enjoyed the challenge he gave me to make him up. i learned that making him i can make anything now that i think up. He he he he Yay!!!!
Thanks soooo much for your comments to me on him. I have never shown my work before this month. I have made all my dolls for friends or family. I have decided to sell my work and show to the world at large. It is really hard showing your insides because that is exactly how it feels when people see your work. I just love Fantasy Books, Movies, etc and make them into reality.
Thanks again it really matters what you said to me.

I think the picture is not the best, although I can see the work inside the dragon!!! I think it is such a creative work to design
a pattern, so my respect  I think it is a good decision to sell them, but in my opinion it is hard to get a FAIR price. There
is so much time in it and that is something no one pay for :-(
Here on Deviantart are so much great plushies, there are really cute, but not really professional. Yours look cute AND professional
and that is something special, I think!

Yes, I agree it is hard to get the right price so I have sold in the middle of not to high or to low. that way I am happy and the customer is happy too. I do settle on the price with my gut instincts and make my self not doubt it by changing the price. recently I showed my dolls to a Art Guild in my area and they went gaga over my work and told me they would be happy to sell my work and wanted me to get a head start making dolls for the christmas rush. I will also sell on the Ebay site, they are pretty good.
Thanks again for more support and your heart felt feelings and concern.
